Shipping policy

At Secret Rare Vault, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed the next business day after payment is received.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Method

- All orders are shipped via NZ Post.

- Tracking will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

- Standard shipping is a flat $10 NZD fee for Non Rural addresses, $15 NZD for Rural addresses

- Additional shipping charges may apply if an item is bulky or if you order multiple larger items.

- If extra shipping costs are required, this will be clearly shown at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• North Island: 1 to 3 business days

• South Island: 2 to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to NZ Post delays, weather, or peak periods.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Secret Rare Vault is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to NZ Post, delivery is outside our control.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with an enquiry lodged with NZ Post.
