Refund policy

Change-of-Mind Purchases

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for TCG products (including but not limited to booster packs, single cards, sealed products, accessories) if you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the product, or have made an incorrect selection at the time of purchase. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) cannot be excluded or limited by this policy. If a product you purchased from us:

is not of acceptable quality,

does not match the description given at the time of sale, or

cannot be used for its intended purpose,

then you may be entitled to a remedy under the CGA, which could include a repair, replacement, or refund. 

 

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be offered for the following (unless required by law):

Products returned for change of mind.

Products damaged after purchase due to misuse, neglect, or alteration.

Products without proof of purchase.
